You cannot get a refund if the staff recommends the wrong size. Make sure you know exactly what you want as the staff does not have good knowledge. We bought Dorma sheets (expensive). The staff did not know the difference between cuff and oxford finishes on pillow cases. They did not have good knowledge on sizes of pillows. The assistant said we were buying standard sizes. This was not the case when we got home and opened the packages; the sizes were too big. Now we have sheets without matching pillow cases. Very disappointed.

I liked the store and staff were very helpful and attentive! I found only in this store the electrical candle very unique and they have discounts as well now

Dwell is located in the mezzanine floor of Dubai festival city. There are variety of household items. Sometimes no much choices. Even though products are good. In the offer time it is affordable to buy.

If there's less than one star I would have given that! Truly, even one star is too much for them. By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional. Was contacted 4 times for my address details. I purchased a bowl online 10 days ago, and still haven't received it. Mind you I am based in Dubai, and their warehouse is in AD. Never buying from them again. Learnt my lesson!

DWELL Branch at TOWN CENTRE JUMEIRAH : I have ordered towels online and selected click & collect at this branch at Town Centre Jumeirah. I checked the package before I left the store and found out that some items are damaged. Since I was at the store, I asked for an exchange immediately. However, the store do not accept exchange for items purchased online. It was very inconvenient. The staff on duty pass my query from one person to another, after saying my query to 3 persons in the end it was not resolved. They insist to divert me with customer care online instead of solving the issue at the store itself.
It seems like the Dwell branches is a completely different world from Dwell online store. I will never visit this branch again. Poor customer service.

Dwell store used to be a house of quality brands however now it's not the same, inferior Quality products showcased along with qualitative brands, Poor customer service, rude staff at festival centre branch, being loyal customer I will suggest management to adhire better quality standards in term of staff at least.

Terrible customer service and exchanging any item is hell. The staff treats the customers very rudely and one of them was almost shouting at us for wanting to exchange something in perfectly good and new condition purchased only 1 day before. Not a recommended store.

So happy with the service I received at Bed Saver. From the minute I walked in to the shop to my new bed frame been delivered and installed. They had lots of choice, wasn’t pressured in any way. I picked the one I wanted arranged delivery when best for me. The 2 guys whom have just been took my old frame down ( and took away ) and put my new frame up in no time. Looks lovely. Would highly recommend Bed Saver

No faff, no fuss! Lots on display on the showroom, friendly, helpful and not pushy staff on hand. We bought a sliding mirror door wardrobe which was in stock, delivery and assembly both included and this too was done with a few days. Highly recommend, a much better experience than the big chains - thanks to all involved with our purchase.

Super service in store. Great deal and advice, and delivered same day by two excellent fitters. Took great care with personal belongings when transporting bed and mattress upstairs even taking photo frame down and then putting back up. Very friendly, efficient and professional service. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Absolutely brilliant service from the entire team.
Was looking for a low mattress for my Mum who is awaiting a hip replacement.
Most of the new styles are quite deep, and not what I needed. I ended up buying a new mattress for myself, replacing my shallow mattress.
When I suggested my old mattress might be suitable for my Mum, they were immediately happy to help.
Delivered my new one, collected my old mattress, delivered it to my Mums, and then disposed of her old one- at no extra cost.
The team in the showroom were great and very helpful, and the delivery guys the most polite and helpful.
Cannot recommend them enough, superb service.

This is the second bed I have bought and now a mattress for a lady I work with at Bedsavers, all been great, fantastic customer service, good knowledge about what they are selling and fast delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them 10/10 x

Wonderful relaxed service - not pushy at all. gave brilliant advice and we are delighted with the bed, headboard and mattress.
Deliver guys on time and wonderfully friendly.

I can’t thank the amazing people at Bed Savers enough. The service was second to non . On Wednesday last week I rang for help getting a bed downstairs for my elderly mother , it was urgent as she couldn’t get upstairs. ONE hour later we had a bed delivered, set up and in place , the delivery men were amazing , so helpful and lovely and they took away the old bed . They are highly recommended I certainly will wouldn’t go anywhere else THANK YOU SO MUCH

I cannot recommend this company enough.
3-4 times I have needed a bed at short notice and bed savers have helped, always had bed in stock and delivered within hours of the order and always but bed up for us, they are amazing prices and quality of beds are very good.
Thank you so much nothing is every to much .
