Visited the store to check out what it is about and ended up buying a shoe for myself. The shoes are so comfy and 100% made from recyclable materials. Customer service top notch. Other brand outlets should learn from them. Thank you Caroline for helping me to find the perfect size shoes.

Recently, I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at DUOZOULU store. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit for my feet by providing various shoe sizes to try on. They were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. In the end, I purchased multiple rubber shoes, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases. The outstanding customer service made my shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional service and wide selection of shoes.

We bought a sandal for my husband from recycle material. Raphia helped us and and pratishta. they were very helpful and courteous to us. The store is very clean spacious and have a unique walking shoes from recycled material. Very comfortable but pricey $$. I will revisit next time hoping to find a discount ????.

Great experience. I had to exchange a shoe that I bought yesterday (size up), but I had no receipt. He calmly said it’s ok and actually proceeded. Plus, I bought another shoe !
