I love the services in Arabian ranches especially the manicure and pedicure services are hygienic and quality assured. This made me enroll in the membership scheme. The hair and facial services are professionally handled by well trained staff. Winnie the manager is able to guide the customers very well. Friendly and trained staff assures that customers get the best output from the services.

Used to be able to call the salon directly for bookings. They changed the system and calls now go to the Call Center. Called 5 times, was put on hold for a long time. I got tired of waiting 10-15 minutes at a time. Surely this is not how they want their customers (members) to be treated. Shame they can’t think the process through with the customers in mind. May be easier for them administratively but not good for women who want to be pampered and relax in their spas. If this continues, I will not renew my package.

Good for a quick salon service. Dont expect too much. Quality is very dependent on your luck. Sometimes you get a great technician, other times not. Will I return? Yes, simply because of convenient location and quick service. Would I recommend? Sadly not.

I really LOVE Arabian Ranches Staff
They are very keen to do the work
Appointments also on time
Whole staff is always with good smile on their face

I attended the ranches branch in the evening of 7th Feb. Patricia was my manicurist and she was very lovely and friendly with a very personable approach. I also had Dolorus who did my back/shoulder massage was obviously very qualified. I see Physios, Osteos and go to spas frequently and I can say she was a welcome surprise. She identified an area which has been causing pain and took initiative to focus on the relevant areas affected. I've never had that in Tips&Toes before - she was really impressive.

I was there twice, both times very happy with service, friendly and professional staff but ...
I went there 2nd time only because they called me and offer 20% discount. My main problem there is uncomfortable way of sitting. In other places are some pillows/stool on which you can put your legs, here you keep your leg directly on technicians knee. Plus this place needs a bit of redecoration. Please remove the scary bald mannequin. See you again

Fantastic Place, fantastic girls, sooo professional..I used to come for more than 10 years now and still happy and the cherry of the cake is the smile of Winny the manager☀️☀️☀️
