Good American casual dining restaurant chain.

Nice starters, steaks, pastas, burgers, Fajitas, drinks and other options.

Make it very affordable with Entertainment Coupons to enjoy buy one get one free.

Nice and typical for a Steakhouse.

Overpriced (burger for 89 dirhams with only fries) while in other Steakhouse, burger is being served with one or two sides for such amount.

Staff are kind and welcoming, and the ambiance is normal somehow.

Food is fine, but the prices need to be revised...

Went to the Chili's at MCC for lunch and the experience was meh. Overall Chili's seems to have lost it sparkle, not sure if pertains to just this branch. However at MCC, the service was poor - the staff seem to be unhappy and at one point, kinda rude. Food was alright, the Classic nachos remain a classic but the enchiladas weren't upto par. The excessive amount of cheese seemed to overpower the flavour. I highly doubt I'll revisit the MCC branch again, might check out the Jumeriah one next time.

once we arrived they told us that there is no avilable seat . we are family of 5 we waot for more than 60 minutes even the restaurant was half seated . they cannot create a table for 5 persons . and that was the smallest issue. coming to the order . they gave us the menus 3 only even we are 5 . and they went for another 30 minutes till I ask them please please we want to order . then one waiter came to us and take the order . then he went for 30 minutes again and came with info that they dont have ribs and they will replace it with steaks . done they take the desission with out any confirming from us . now after 30 minutes chips and salsa arrived ( Thank God ) and once we ate them and ask for refill .they again take 30 minutes and came back with the full order and chips so we will not consume the chips again ( cleaver duds ) ahh the order was unlimited which is ribs and steaks and shrimps and chicken . which looks huge but in fact . 4oz of each item and the rest is only vegetables . also Quesadllas chicken has only chicken and tortilla with hint of cheese . the bill was 450 AED and the food worth of 45 AED . since I am an onest person and dont want any body to have the same mistake that we did . am really really really dont recoment this place to any person in the world

So the food that I ordered was yummy and the cravings was satisfied. Staffs are polite and friendly in approaching their customers. Great place to dine in with friends and family. ????????

Highly recommended place for Dine in. Quality food with very large serving and a very fine taste. Tried multiple items including dessert and everything was perfect. Prices are bit high but you can use Entertainer to Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer anytime however this offer is not applicable on steaks. Rest its a wonderful place to dine in
