Came on 19th January with guests. Decoration from festive season was not removed and we were not able to see anything happening on water, because we were not allowed to come closer.
This was disappointing because we contacted customer service earlier today to double check that show is being presented and at what time is which show. Show is presenting, but customer service forgot to inform us that we will not be able to see the show.
This is super disappointing because we drove 40min in one direction to see “Boys dream” with our friends.

Tecnologia e spettacolo scenografico di luci,laser e acqua . Un mix studiato e perfetto che ci ha fatto emozionare. E' sicuramente il più bello al mondo che ho visto e come si vede nelle foto che allego di sera si rimane estasiati

A big thank you to Roy's staff who helped me with my packaging problems. They saved me in a daunting hour. One of the shop floor workers was able to help me and really went the extra mile to help me out. I didn't get the man's name but I'm sure he knows/remembers. Staff at the till were very welcoming and valued their customers. Thank you Roy's can't recommend this shop enough.

Surprised at the range of products for sale and good quality too. Small garden centre at the side. Very friendly staff and easy to park and walk to from the town

Roys of Beccles is located at NR34 9TF. It is smaller in size when comparing with Roys of Wroxham. Also, it does not offer lobster in Roys of Beccles. Only a few customers visited during weekdays afternoons.

Website stated it was dog friendly. But on arrival we were turned away .not dog friendly after all !

Good local store with plenty of selection, prices on some items more expensive than other stores nearby

A very well stocked store that sells a good range of items. Parking is easy, as the store is in the centre of one of the towns car parks, with plenty of free spaces for Roy's customers. A bright and airy interior with lots of room in its aisles.
