First of all; please notice the uniformity in your various stores/branches complains on Google reviews — your staff. Please, reflect the brand and the beliefs of the brand by investing in retraining your staff with some basic customer service skills such as empathy, and them actually wanting to work with people (having the people skill). I literally came in to the shop to ask for help regarding my online order and no help was rendered, but I did receive a lecture about how I do not understand how retail works — thank you Mr. R. When the online order finally arrived, the trench coat didn’t have its belt. It’s like a mockery at this stage. Frustration after frustration. I’m at loss for words. I do not need your apologies at this stage; it means nothing with no actions to back it up. This is a mid to high-end brand, the items I purchased were not cheap. No apology, just give me my products and service. Just make your paying customer happy. Is that too much to ask?

Huge store with big ladies section. Very attentive staff - super helpful whether it is just an alteration or size fit. Not busy in the mornings, so you can easily go and check out whatever you need. Lovely ambience.

The problem is the low quality of the merchandise, not the service at this shop... my suede jacket turned into a rag after a month! Shop in Laval, and the customer service did not answer why?! And took no responsibility.. just said: we are sorry!

I bought a shirt and they did a terrible job in tailoring it. I came to the store and the manager said it wasn’t there fault and they can’t do anything about it. They really shouldn’t be offering this service if they can’t do it properly.

We are extremely disappointed with our visit here on the 8th Aug. There were 2 staff members at the store. 1 of them to who I greeted (instead of him greeting the customer which is me) was not acknowledged as he was glued to his mobile which was quite loud as it was on speaker mode. and the 2nd person on the other section was busy on a personal call during our visit. Our intention was to buy couple of shirts, trousers, accessories etc but we were unable to do it. So we end up buying the same items from a different brand. All they had to do is to greet, acknowledge, assist the client. A brand like Massimo Dutti is not some high street range but its known for its distinctive style and the let down comes from the staff members at the store is not acceptable by any standard.

Disappointed with less option of accessories... what I saw in dubai mall store was not available in DFC store. Also young , tall Lebanese sales assistant was quite rude to repeat my words as I was asking slipper but I said sandal. To be honest instead of showing attitude to your customers better to get another color of that particular slipper rather then keeping only black in your beautiful store. As you don’t display more in your concept. Not very good experience so far in your DFC branch .. I loved your collection .. so far best compare to many other brands ...but your team needs to be train as they are thinking they are higher than the customer !

Very bad experience i have visited the branch on 18.09.2021 to make a refund but the manager of the branch refused and claimed that refund system is down since two days, and they need 4 more days to fix the system . He added that he already sent an email to the management to fix the problem but he didn't get any response from them. There was two more customers faced the same problem. He also said that all the nearest branches facing the same problem like Mirdef City Center. But when I contacted Mirdef branch they said that they didn't any issues with the refund system and I can go directly and do the refund!
Anyway Massimo Dutti is always my first choice for shopping, but this branch was not the best with this experience!
