Customer service is really bad! Pathetic staff! They do not want to help anyone. Unhappy people.. service needs to be improved with more proactive and energetic staff! They just redirect you to everyone for just a simple size request!

DAVE is the worst store "manager" I have met!!! Having bought a shirt a week ago, the security tag has not been removed. Having lost the receipt, Dave didn't even bother to look up the transaction in the system and just spoke to me in a haughty, belittling manner and with a nasty smile. I paid for a shirt that I can't wear because of DAVE's incompetence! Tip: go to another Zara in Dubai ????

Zara charging for bags now is a total NoNO! Considering it’s a mass production company, prices are not cheap anymore, not targeting everyone, being asked to pay 1 aed for bag, when I literally spent less than 5 minutes in there spending 400 aed I felt really silly having to be asked to pay 1 aed for a bag!!!

I haven’t shopped at Zara in years. Decided to pop by the festival city branch today. Worst customer service experience. In a city like Dubai that prides itself on customer/guest experience it is a pity that the staff at Zara seem to think that they are above that. The guys at the cash counter are dismissive and irritable. Get over yourselves! Gives me another reason not to support fast fashion.
