Worst customer service in store by lady named Joy. We were asking reasonable questions about a coffee machine we bought and she couldn't answer anything. She eventually left us and helped another customer and we had to figure it out on our own.

Do not rely on their warranty. Avoid buying any item from them if you want to avoid after sale stress..
If your product has an issue you have to take it to the only ONE service center. Other electronic stores like sharafdg etc provide you option to drop off at any store which is clearly convenient for the customer.

The products in this store speak for themselves really, but what stands out is the service, Yousef was with us and helped us pick our coffee machine, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

If you want to shop something online and then let it be a complete mystery when you are getting your items shop here! They won't answer your phone nor emails and won't give you any updates. Terrible!

The items are too expensive. I wanted to buy a gift item for a friend and my budget was around aed500/-, but nothing seemed to interest me with that budget.

Walked out empty handed, sad!

Visited to buy a sewing machine..must say thanks to Khaled who helped us with finalizing the model .this is after we had visited and was not given service by one of lady staff

Walked in, explained what I needed, arranged delivery. Was given free delivery even though I was a little under the threshold. Chap turned up to deliver, explained that they had almost all my items, but had struggled to source long 2x2 PSE. We talked it over, and since I didn't mind one rough edge, he set of to cut down some 2x4 for me. Within a couple of hours he was back with the goods, despite me saying not to worry if it was tomorrow. Excellent service, very reasonable prices. I would easily and very readily recommend them to anyone looking to do a bit of woodworking.

As a semi enthusiastic and unknowledgeable amateur I always find Manningham Timber welcoming. You don't feel judged for asking questions, the staff are always helpful and the price is always lower than I expect. And they always have whatever I have decided I need in stock (even when it turns out I bought the wrong thing because I have no idea what I am doing...)

Bought pva 5 litre SCOTCHMAN ROAD BRANCH charged £24 Inc vat. Glad I Noticed on reciept asked lad at counter he said it was the right price. I returned obviously. Rang the MANNINGHAM CONCRETE BTANCH CEMETRY RD for price 5 litre pva was told £15.45 Inc vat. Asked the lady why I was over charged at MANNINGHAM TIMBER SCOTCHMAN ROAD BRANCH she repyd that I need to tell them the price quoted at CEMETRY RD BRANCH to get discount. NONSENSE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS TO SAVE BEING RIPPED OFF. AND YES BOUGHT PVA 5 LITRE £8
