The service is good, but I was ordering two piece and they gave me two piece white meat. I though the industry’s standard is one white and one dark. Customer will not argue with you it he will give you one star rating ⭐️

I have read that ordering online is not that great. However, when you order in-person, it is okay and the waiting time is acceptable.

I cannot give 5/5 since the taste consistency from its homeland (Philippines) origin, is about 80-90%. Something is lacking from its original taste.

I also find the prices a little bit high against other fast-food chains.

Always give late delivery if I put order on careem not good staff here change staff and improved our system very bad staff here jolibee if I call not received my call

Ordered online delivery during a weekday just before lunchtime. The online ordering process is pretty straight forward and the live tracking is nice to have (ordering direct from Jollibee). Unfortunately the order came 75 minutes late after the ETA of 45 minutes (2 hours total). The driver also mixed up part of our meal with another customer leading to us missing an item.

Food-wise, it's decent chicken with flavour in the meat compared to some other fast food chicken places, but unfortunately the long delivery time left the food a bit cold and soggy - not great for fried chicken and especially the chips.

I'm hoping this place is much better when visiting the store and eating the food freshly cooked (or if you can get it delivered within the ETA).

Tasty food . But service is slow m took almost 30 mins to get the food that was ordered.

Very slow....its almost 30mins waiting for my food. I'm starving. Lot of drivers who's waiting for their orders standing at the front of the guest food. Is there any safe food to eat??????? Please give waiting area for all the drivers.

2 Peices chicken joy meal:

Chicken: There is nothing special about the taste of their chicken as it tastes more on the bland side.

French fries: Their fries texture was somewhere in the middle between crispy and soggy.

Pineapple juice: Their juice tasted like canned juice.
