Ordered Chicken Burger Combo and Royal Crunchy Box. It was good will be ordering the same again next time. Friendly staff Aileen and Mr. Sunny recommended the Spaghetti he gave me one to try it was good too.

Very bad service all the staff aggressive and not polite at all They have to learn how to gave service not only know to take money specially the There Is Supervisor she has to go take rest if she is nervous. To not share her aggressive behaviour.

Very bad customer experience, taking money for take away packing. I don’t find any restaurant like this in Dubai. If ur customer taking the food dine in and if they want to bring some of the food to home. This restaurant is taking packing charge. I took it same like kfc Texas also. They never did this silly things.

Arrogant staff, service is really pathetic. I wasn't standing there for any freebie but staff don't have a courtesy to talk in a kindly manner. Blue color uniform staff (in charge probably) has a very peak of attitude. Kindly train your staff on Customer Service and experience. Later you can add spices to food.

I used to love chicking but today was disappointed. I ordered meal of 69 aed for dine in the gave us cold spaghetti, chicken ???? some pieces looked like we're not fresh or would rather say were cooked with dirty oil aaggrrr!!! A weird meal for today kindly improve on that!!!!!

Customer service is not good at all . Service and preparing also is so slow . And staff telling to customer i dont have change you cannot place order ????u200d♀️

Such an unfriendly service, from the employee in the blue shirt uniform called Vanessa who need a lot of training to improve her bad customer service and make it better! Also, an observation is that the employee called Vanessa happened to insist on approaching the counter and speaking to me mostly when she sees my face approaching the restaurant's counter. While when some other customer approaches the counter, most of the time, she allows her colleague in the red uniform to deal with them. Moreover, normally companies charge for garlic sauce and not for their ketchup. Right? These people gave us only 2 ketchup packets upon ordering 2 meals from them. Then they wanted to charge us more money for ordering 2 more of their tiny ketchup packets. What kind of stinge service is this?

4 times continuously bad service, cold food,customer service very poor.I was regular customer at ibn batuta branch but now never buy from there. Worst service ever
