I ordered some food from the app and done the transaction and change my mind if I change my order since it’s not been prepared and found a the Ramadan combo offer interesting. Staff said I can’t change my order made from McDonald app. I would suggest that there should be an option for changing / cancellation of the order.

First I was treated badly by the customer service lady, then they gave me leftover because I was taking it away and they knew I won’t find out till I got home.

What I ordered had a lot of veggie toppings but what I got had none.

Please Dont put pictures of what the food should look like then serve something substandard and don’t serve your customers left over, that’s just wrong!

Ruined my night, never eating here again.

Assistant manager Suraj he doing very root behaviour with delivery rider Talabat. Very ashamed for him. i see that moments when he shouting to rider ???? he don't know how they doing very hard job in these days every one now that hot ???? in Dubai right now but still they are providing us food at door to door his behaviour very bad ????

Like as all McDonalds have the same standard they have, self order kioski available ,its better for a customer already know the menu.
