I ordered lomi ,but the food is really bad !! The chicken liver mix wth the lomi is verry bad ! Now i get sick on my stomach! I will not order again !

The Filipina server have an attitude problem, she doesn’t know how to greet and to smile with the customer. I cannot see her name badge, she have small height. Even the food is amazing, but it your staff is like this, you will not having more customers. First time I experienced this with your branch, I will never eat or order again.

I ordered cassava cake for dine in. It's served cold very hard texture. The cashier was not friendly I ask him for some ingredients but he didn't answer politely. I visited today Nov 13 around 2-3 pm. Unsatisfied for the customer service.

Agree with Jennifer Castro's comments. In IBN battuta mall food court.. we visited on Monday, 02nd Jan 2023 @around approx 7pm
My family experience the same, so bad that she is Filipina, not good service.. so bad that, we don't want to go back because of her.. :(

I rushed to the food court before having my trip to Abu Dhabi and wanted to eat because I haven’t taken any food the whole day. So I ordered this chicken inasal combo and gulaman. I waited a bit long. I was kinda impatient already before I got a trip to catch and then they serve this food, can evidently see the food coloring on the chicken. Was impressed because I was given 2 sticks of chicken and they are in good size but when I tasted it, it seems like the chef has a Covid where he can’t taste his own food. Since I was so hungry, I finished it anyway. But satisfied? Definitely not!
