Kart Mania Sport Tracks

Was bit ambiguous of coming cos of one of the previous reviews. Guess he was unlucky with the machine he got. But, we felt overall exceptionally well managed and professional team running the place. Kids loved it ! Thank you team Kart Mania ! Keep up the good work.

It was an amazing experience. I went with 3 friends and everything was very simple. We took 2 15 min sessions and I found that to be perfect. I used the first session to get used to the speed and big turns making the second session a breeze. The staff where wonderful, in specific, a man called yasir. He was wonderful and very friendly. He explained the track so well and helped us know how to maintain our momentum. He seemed very professional and experienced. He recommended us to take a brake between the 2 sessions so that we can have less people with us as the 8 that where with us in the first bout would finish by the end of the break. He was amazing and we enjoyed spending our break with him. I hope to come back soon and see him again. He deserves a raise.

Very desapointed. I came with 16 friends to enjoy 2 races (1 race of 10 min and 1 race of 15 min). At the last turn of the first race, they ask me to change the kart because it was very slow and broken... i thought it was all the karts so slow but no it was only mine. They needed 10 min to notice it. Second race of 15 min, it was race between my friends and i... and at the starting line, my kart couldn't start... they need to restart it again. Finally, after 1 min it worked finally, i could do 3 tracks until it broke again. I decided to give up. I went to ask for a refund, the manager just answered it can happen and that they can't do anything. There are much better places than this in Dubai for karting, if you reallu want to have fun with your friends, avoid this place. If you still want to come and risking wasting your time, i would advice you not to take the cart number 33 and 34.

Edit : After seeing my review, the wife of the owner (that was in charge of taking the payments) contacted me saying "Thanks for the kind review" and mentionning clearly "Please never come back anymore". To summarise the situation, i couldn't enjoy any of the race because the karts were in bad condition and poorly maintenanced, she refused to give any refund and it was expensive and on the top of it, instead of apologyzing for the situation, she is arrogant... Fortunately, her husband seems more polite and understood the situation (he phoned my friend after a while). But unfortunately, this is her wife that is physicly there and not him, so if you have any issue... it's with her with whom you have to deal with... Clearly a very bad experience.

Edit 2 : As you can see, the owner finaly answered. Again except of admiting that she was wrong, she prefers again insisting on the bad attitude (that i didn't have)... and to point that my friends liked it while it's wrong and that they complained as well. Also her husband phoned my friend twice (he was in charge of the booking) to offer me a full refund. I have said ok and i have shared my bank account... but 2 months later... no money came to my account. I would say that this non action represents very well this company.

Had fun here very approchable and helpful team special thanks to kuya mark and kuya diego/ jacob very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back here. A must try :)

Really good experience. Friendly service. They provided two free lockers to keep our valuables safe. Have to give a lot of strength to steer because the steering wheel is bit hard. They offered two packages which are 15mins and 30mins. 15mins was enough for us because we had to give some effort to ride.

Its a good place to kart at and i really enjoyed it its so fast and it gives you a safety lessons with a protection suit. It was soo fun

Do not recommend this place.

Very rude guys at the track. My car stopped working before the time was up. The race stewards asked me to change the car when it stopped, and by the time I went to change the car, they told me my time is up, although there was time left. I was able to do much fewer laps of the track due to this. And the service is very bad and they don't assist. If u go to ask them why they did not assist, they are very rude.

I recently visited kart mania with high hopes for an enjoyable day of go karting. However, my experience turned out to be nothing short of a complete letdown. The issues I encountered with the karts, coupled with the rude behavior of the mechanics, made it an utterly disappointing outing.

To start, out of the six go karts we used, a shocking three of them had noticeable problems. This resulted in a considerable waste of time as we were forced to switch karts multiple times during our session. Not only did this disrupt our race and hinder our enjoyment, but the karts we were given as replacements were the slow, kid-sized ones. It was incredibly frustrating to be relegated to these underperforming karts, which significantly diminished the thrill we had anticipated.

What further added to the unpleasantness of the experience was the abhorrent attitude displayed by the mechanics at kart mania. In particular, a mechanic named Anthony showcased a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. When we approached him to address the issues we encountered, he exhibited an uncooperative demeanor, refusing to listen to our concerns and dismissing everything we had to say. His lack of interest and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening.

While the manager of kart mania demonstrated some understanding of our situation and offered a 5-minute voucher for a future visit, it is clear that the mechanics require a reality check. The unhelpful and unfriendly behavior they exhibited throughout our interaction was unacceptable and tarnished the entire experience.

Overall, my visit to kart mania was marred by malfunctioning karts, disrespectful mechanics, and an overall lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for a go karting outing. There are far better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction, maintain their equipment adequately, and employ friendly staff who value their customers' experience. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out an alternative for an enjoyable go karting adventure.
