We had a credit note. Got told by Rachael that it's not acceptable to use it!!! Other 2 reps didn't even want to serve. They were acting as if we had done some crime for trying to use the credit that was within validity!!! I've complained to DED and expect nothing from loccitaine. But being rude to customers and making a young girl cry, never have I ever heard, seen or experienced this kind of service. Staff should be fired, to say the least! Had to come 3 days consistently to use the credit note, unbelievable!

It's very nice shop, I got myself and my friends/family a plenty of stuff that can retreat the skin and make our life with better refreshing smells the. The Lebanese seller yesterday also was so helpful and seems an expert.

i got a voucher, i went to the store, staff abir was not welcoming, told me gift bag was out, indicate i need to buy stuff, didnt get to offer any spa or coffee was complimetory on the voucher, dont want to use this brand any more

Not really a kiosk - a small boutique selling all the wares - always get some nice samplers thrown in too - gift wrapping service on site also
