I was there on Sunday 6th August at about 11pm, to send money to Kenya urgently. Rush hour with the staff so busy but I met Asha Lama who was willing to assist me regardless. Everything was done smoothly as she requested the assistance of the other male staff on duty. Nice first time experience. I hope you guys keep it up

Before going to the counter, I asked the staff standing outside to compute the value for the money that I have to send in my country. As i thought I prepared enough cash, I was happy to proceed to the counter to send it, however when the lady in the counter told me the total amount in AED, there was a 2aed difference which I dont have. It was very embarrasing from my part as a customer that I have to cancel the transaction because I dont have the 2aed difference from what the staff outside told me to the staff assisting to me in the counter.
If only they told me the right amount when I asked the first time, I could have avoided the time wasted for waiting in the counter and the embarrasment for not having enough cash.

Its very frustrating that the computation from the outside staff to the staff in the counter are different regardless the amount.

Worst customer service. Compared to there Satwa and Arabian Branch. Sent money last night to PH, money remittance in PH is almost closing but until now the money that I have sent last night is still not yet there. As per the agent if in 30mins and the money is still not there, they will just refund the money that I have sent. (Which is really a big hussle on our end, and it's urgent that the money that I have sent last night needs to be receive today) It was an emergency last night that's why I have sent it here in Dubai mall branch as I am working here as well. If it was not an emergency I should have sent it to Satwa branch. I have been using LM exchange for years now, but this is the first time that it happened. And to think that they have charged me 21aed for the transaction fee, but in Satwa and Arabian branch they are charging me 15aed only and I never had an issue with them.

Terrible service, visited the outlet on level 1, attended by one Yado, had a take it or leave it attitude when I asked why the commission was comparatively extortive, would eschew any LM exchange even if it’s the only one on the planet

Terrible customer service from staff who do not care. Emails go unanswered even when marked as a complaint. If I could give zero starts I would.
