When they take customers into a journey, a wonderful one that is! You know that it is not just a pick, buy and bye thing. Monia and Witt definitely gave us the best experience in L'Occitane. Keep up the great work ladies!

Absolutely horrible experience from the staff Geraldine. She had an attitude and was not trying to help at all. I was about to leave the store but the other girl mahlet was helpfull and she was so pleasant and I bought what I wanted.

I love the brand and is one of my favourite, please train your staff on customer experience.

I love the products however the sales person was so rude. Had an attitude so bad I didn't want to buy from that outlet. She was impatient when I was trying to recollect which particular bar I would like to pick. And just ignored when I mentioned I would look elsewhere. I have been to the other outlets and the staff are so polite and helpful. I would never buy in the MOE outlet.

Sales person is not so helpful, want to get more stuffs but because annoyed with the salesman just decide to get what i need only.. No free samples as we normally get, when i asked he said we have no more free sample, worst l’Occitane branch I’ve ever been!! ???? unhappy customer

Misleading online sale when buying a diffuser. I paid AED120 for a glass and some reed stick. No refill / smelly liquid, just the glass and the sticks. That's extortionate. Not only that, but the box has a slot for the refill in it. So in order to gift the product (as I had intended), I needed to go back and buy a refill. Well played. Enjoy my money. It's the last of it you'll ever see.

One of my favorite shops in Dubai. I would like to acknowledge Monia for always giving me the best customer service. You would know right away the first time you talk to her that she cares about her customers and loves her job. I buy my skin care products here and it really worked well with my skin, I have very sensitive skin, anything I apply or use gives me pimples. But when I tried their Illuminating Reine Blanche Collection it worked perfectly with my skin. I've been using the same products for almost a year now and my skin improved, my dark spots are 80% gone. I work 10 hours a day 6 times a week, exposed to smoke and sun, but this really refresh my skin. P.S. Please bring back my favorite scent "Jasmine and Bergamot". Thank you!
