The baddest after sale service .. No solutions no experience only care about sell ... If u went to them because your device have an issue they will sell anything for as solution then the issue still remaining ... And if u send something to technician to fix .. U will recieve it broken same happened to ... That's my experiment with them .. Right now they r closed 3 days ago

they somehow managed to mess up the warranty period and loose the device. And no reply back from them. Hope you'll have better protocols and ways to handle this and not waste time. Thanks

The first time, I went to the shop and purchased the new version of the vape machine which comes with two filters. After a few days, the filter was leaking liquid everywhere. I asked the shop employee, they told me that the filter that comes with the machine was not made to be used on low settings (something they didn't tell me when i first bought it) and they sold me a new set of filters. Fun fact, I tried the second filter (from the original purchase) at high settings and also leaked the same way.
The second time, a family member went and asked for a tabaco flavoured liquid. They were sold a candy flavoured (more expensive) liquid instead and was told "they are the same" by the manager. I went to return the wrong item (since I am allowed to as per their return policy on the website) but was denied by the same manage who then had the audacity to shift the blame to cover their backs.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
