i put screen protection for my S23 Ultra
From here. They charge me 75 AED with in 2 weeks it get off.. When i came back and ask for warranty they said i have to pay extra 10 AED.. Very low qulity products and horrible customer cate. Its look like a some kind of scam

Any positive reviews here are fake by 050 staff.

Seriously I never leave reviews but stay as far away from this company as possible

This is THE WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to meet.

In my case they sold an iPhone screen which broke the next day… did they offer to replace or refund? Of course not.

They lie, they cheat, they backtrack. Stay away

We bought a screen protector yesterday and we were fooled by a guy named Mushtaq
A Pakistani one. He already put it before saying that it is silicon. We went to have it changed but he was so rude and shouting at us. I don’t recommend this. He even threatened for us to go to police. Please give us the number or manager for proper complain

Screen protectors basically a scam, 75 AED for bad quality, I asked to cut it for a case and then I put my case and I got bubbles, asked to fix and change then charged an extra 10 AED then it happened again.

Very very bad company
They are cheating everyone.
They are selling every branches copy item. If you want chek just chek the bar code starting number 022299.
Also the management very bad.
No one buy from this company very high prize no quality also .

5 stars customer service. Employees are helpful and professional. The place is always crowded and you may face long waiting queue. My advice: book your appointment online before you go and If you live in Al Barsha area DU has another center in Al Barsha Mall and it's availability is more granted.

I had my screen fixed at this branch, I was informed it came with a 3 month warranty which doesn’t obviously cover for damage of your own fault but about 2 days after the screen was fixed, the top right side started to go off and when I went back to the 050 stall at mall of emirates, I was told it was out of warranty and that I caused the damage. Please do not go here if you want a good quality service.
