I always order donuts for our little girls monthly peg from Tim Hortons MOE, and this is the first time I received a wrong items, they gave me a dozen of assorted donuts (i needed 8pcs of honey dip donut). I called them and let them know about my concerns. And Justin apologize and acknowledged it. Without any drama. I really appreciate your prompt action and professionalism sir Justin, your customer service is way beyond. Thank you so much.

Ahmed was amazing at the counter! Friendly, quick service and a really genuine smile!
The coffee and donuts were as high a standard as I ever had at any branch.
Comfy seating, nice atmosphere and very popular by all accounts

I am fan for frozen French vanilla, not much a fan of vanilla but this changed that mind. Very friendly staff, they do have good offer in there app. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for bringing back the Lotus boscoff shake. I have mo idea why i kept on craving it since i tried it last year. So happy they brought it back on their menu. ????

Ahmed was very good in dealing with a guest who was acting up. The customer threatened to put a review but Ahmed was great and was very patient. Sunday July 23 at 345pm.he was very efficient and professional with us.

I just want to thank Mam Edeliza from the cashier/ customer service shes one the nicest person in Tim Hortons MOE Branch nice service genuine smile we keep coming back to this branch not only because of the food but because of the service keep it up Mam Edeliza

Worst customer service ever. Employee name “Moofaz” is refusing to give a bag when I purchased 2 large coffee with doughnuts l. I was holding a baby and how can I go by carrying this ?

Rude staff i ordered Spanish latte and it was extremely sweet I mentioned not to make sweet but still it was too sweet that i can’t even sip it after they refused to do anything about it so I left the place without drinking coffee..it was waste of money and time..
