The staff at life consistently deliver great customer service, they truly care about their client’s wellbeing, are so supportive and would take the extra effort to ensure each client is looked after. Have always been greeted with a smile.

Outstanding customer service received from Josephine, a manager of Life Pharmacy. Very helpful and accommodating. She helped us get a schedule for the comprehensive health package that my mom avail last time and connected us to the correct person which is totally not part of her job. She helped me with specific needs and were honest about the products. Moreover, she is very well liked by my family members and friends.

if ever you go to Dubai Mall branch & need to buy something from Life Pharmacy, I highly recommend to look for Vanessa. She’s very polite & super helpful. Nowadays I don’t know why a very good customer service is very hard to find. Vanessa is rare! Thanks so much Vanessa and continue your welcoming personality! You’re an asset to Dubai Mall branch!

I met Ms. Rosa there in Life Pharmacy Dubai Mall and she helped me alot specifically with my acne problems and vitamins. She recommended me products and even clinic where I can have my blood test and it’s all worth it! Highly recommendable pharmacy and all staff were so helpful with your needs.
