Very bad service told them thousand times about groupon coupon and they didnt know what that is. Money wasted. Have ni knowledge about offers

I really advice anyone to go to this branch, 1 year and 6 months without checking my eyes, so i have done a free test with them and they were really patient and professional with me and welcoming, go do your test and after you can buy affordable glasses if you want to

The staffs are really approachable and easy to talk to. They are all kind and soft spoken. Good people and good ambiance also.

It is a wonderful shopping experience, very good collection for all kinds of brand frame and sunglasses . I suggest this shop for best purchase. The eye tests are free and they do perfect examination with good explanation of the medical conditions too...

If you need to fix your glasses or buy new pair, you should definitely go to this shop! Staff is super nice and prices are not expensive! They speak russian, english, arabic. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service experience I had it in UAE OPTICS ,team there they very well trained and very honest I choosed expensive lens but they adviced me to go for cheaper option explained for me that my prescription don't really need these advanced lens ,
So difnetly when ever I need to change my eyeglasses will always go back to them
