Great products with classic design great collection for school you can choose different options ( leather or Nylon ) different sizes available to suit your size and style ( small , medium, large )

Honestly one of the best stores I have ever shopped from, my partner and I walked in for a quick browse and were assisted and approached by Enjy. She was very kind, professional and patient, her customer service is excellent. I was very impressed by her knowledge about the products and her generous approachable personality.

She shown us many different options and simply just chatted with us about our day. We were later also assisted by one of her colleagues Mohamad , who really demonstrated the consistency in the professionalism and excellent work ethic of MCM staff. My partner and I weren’t planned to buy anything and walked out with two bags, two wallets and other accessories.

I highly highly recommend MCM, with such exceptional customer service by Enjy and Mohamad it really makes your shopping experience enjoyable. ????

My girlfriend bought her handbag there. The service was very nice. The taxes were already deducted directly from the price. We found very good.

Amazing customer service, especially Selam from the Dubai Mall branch. She went out of her way to help me find a bag that I wanted and got it delivered to my home the next day. Thank you, Selam!

I was cheated by the salesclerk on 04/15/17! I ignored his rudeness and still against my better judgement purchased a tote which was on sale. He quoted me a price of $391 (US dollars). However, when I got my credit card statement the amount was for $583 (US dollars). US buyers beware!

Have been there yesterday. For 20 minutes I was waiting to get some help and was ready to buy a product from them. While the store had 3 sales assistants and 2 clients (one being myself), I really don’t know what went wrong. Needless to say, it was a waste of my time. No one helped, I didn’t buy what I needed.
