The staff where very kind, and their manager, such a sweetheart. I thank her, truly. I broke a glass cup by accident and she was very good about it. ????
For 169 Dhs, I think it was great experience.The food was very good. I especially loved the meat Bao, I highly reccomend!☝️ But, i wish they had more chinese traditionals/treats. Other than that, everything is really great.
And I loved the designes around the restaurant, its so beautiful!
Hope to come back when I travel back to dubai. ????

Our experience started with the update that half the items the staff promised while walking us in weren't available. Over the next 40 minutes they informed us that the salmon was not available (after they recommend we order it), the number of baos per dish reduced by 1 and they did not disclose a tax upfront. Add to that we were charged for the water too!!! Ludicrous. In addition, the food was terrible!! Bland food.
The staff was unaware of what is available in the kitchen, had no clue of how to handle customers and are totally negligent of their own responsibility.
The only thing good about this restaurant is the view which you can get for free if you stand at the Pointe.
Edit: The insolent owner choses to overlook their untrained staff who is unaware of what is going to be served and had no knowledge of what is available in the restaurant..... Which was nothing. But then I guess they know how to run their business !!! And no one charges 5Dnr for a 1 Dnr bottle of water. Unethical!!

The soup from the hotpot was really good cause, highlights are the steak, lamb skewers!

Service was really good too! Lost 1 star from me because they made a mistake telling me the parking can be free if they give the restaurant dining receipt. I ended up paying for the parking. :(
You can get 3hrs free parking if you bring the parking receipt with you.

We went for a team dinner and we're fully satisfied. Food is great. Great value for money. 169Dhs buffet hot pot with seafood and steak. ????????????????????????
Very satisfied with the customer service as well. All the staff are accommodating and friendly.
Safety measures are being strictly followed here. Gloves has to be worn when getting food/using the laddles and serving spoons.
I'm a fan of maki, however, the maki needs a little improvement. The japanese rice was hard when I tried it.
But overall, would love to come back definitely. ????????
