I am writing to address a concern regarding the laser treatment I recently underwent at your clinic. Unfortunately, I must inform you that the treatment did not yield the expected results, and I am disappointed with the overall outcome.
I had high hopes for the procedure, but as the weeks have passed since the treatment, I have not observed any significant improvement in the targeted area.
I have taken 3 sessions with you and would like to kindly request a full refund for the remaining sessions. I understand that sometimes results can vary, but considering the lack of improvement, I feel it is a reasonable request.
Please let me know how we can proceed with the refund process. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation you may require to facilitate the procedure.

I went for Botox and asked only ONE thing , not to end up with droopy eyes .
Exactly what I ended up with . I can’t see my eyelids anymore . Can’t even open my eyes entirely . Can’t even look at me in the mirror as I don’t recognize myself at all . I am having headaches everyday because I have to force to open my eyes . It has not been done professionally as this normally never occur when injecting the accurate dose . I am really upset . Not to mention the doctor is wearing a cap and casual clothes and don’t even show you the product he is using . Not the experience I was looking for when going to a clinic , I don’t recommend this place for Botox at all .

Just to add that I’m doing laser hair removal last 2 months with Michelle and I love the way she does it, and I’m so so so so happy with the result. ????
