Dear Team,
I am writing to address a concern regarding the laser treatment I recently underwent at your clinic. Unfortunately, I must inform you that the treatment did not yield the expected results, and I am disappointed with the overall outcome.
I had high hopes for the procedure, but as the weeks have passed since the treatment, I have not observed any significant improvement in the targeted area.
I have taken 3 sessions with you and would like to kindly request a full refund for the remaining sessions. I understand that sometimes results can vary, but considering the lack of improvement, I feel it is a reasonable request.
Please let me know how we can proceed with the refund process. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation you may require to facilitate the procedure.

Nice place! The result of laser hair removal is fantastic! I did 7 sessions on my arms and i stopped then after 1 year i just have touch up session with Ms Reena, she was so informative and very attentive of the needs of client! Kudos to her and to the clinic!

The dr here was really good but the reception is so incompetent. She made me drive from dip for an appointment that she booked tomorrow. When I reached she made me wait 1/2 hour whilst she faffed about then tells me on dr not here. I said tomorrow whereas the WhatsApp messages indicate otherwise. Really get good staff with 1/2 a brain because it's really spoiling the quality of your clinic . Just appalled. Shame the good dr gets disrepute due to these lousy staff.

First time I visit in My skin clinic Starts from The receptionist say hi she is so possitive smiling face Mashaallha beautiful and helping after that I meet the Doctor Jawad As a person he is so humble kind and just suggested the rgt for ur skin not any extra topics . I feel so happy what he suggested to me after that I start my procedure for skin Love to visit again and again if u need be forever beautiful just visit once very reasonable So I starts with Botex????

Loved the Service. I did PRP my skin has been glowing since. The doctor is extremely nice and helpful and so is the staff in the clinic. Loved my experience

Couldnt ask for a worst experience . Despite the lady at the reception very charming the rest was not professional at all .
I went for Botox and asked only ONE thing , not to end up with droopy eyes .

Exactly what I ended up with . I can’t see my eyelids anymore . Can’t even open my eyes entirely . Can’t even look at me in the mirror as I don’t recognize myself at all . I am having headaches everyday because I have to force to open my eyes . It has not been done professionally as this normally never occur when injecting the accurate dose . I am really upset . Not to mention the doctor is wearing a cap and casual clothes and don’t even show you the product he is using . Not the experience I was looking for when going to a clinic , I don’t recommend this place for Botox at all .

I am extremely happy with the result. I did botox, lips and nose filler with dr Jawad. Well experienced, extremely empathetic and hugely skilled doctor. I recommend him to everyone.

Just to add that I’m doing laser hair removal last 2 months with Michelle and I love the way she does it, and I’m so so so so happy with the result. ????
