I received a call from sales lady called Wilma today from Oshkosh store in MCC, she said that she pressed a discount button by mistake when she genetetad my bill last week that caused 211 AED less on the invoice , so instead of 887 AED I ended up paying 665 AED apparently some items were not on promotion. My case is the girl called me and complained about the Pakistani accountant and the Indian lady manager who asked Wilma to pay the money , rather than to consider it as honest mistake . Wilma also wrote to me in Whatapp telling me about her low salary and the family she is supposing in her country. I mean it is a really bad leadership and customer service .Really sad and unprofessional, not going to inter this brand anymore . I hope someone with better sense will deal with story , specially help the naive Wilma. If it happens in US or Europe am sure things will not go that wrong.

Souvenir shop with very beautiful and wide variety of souvenirs. Bought two teddybears in scottish dress for my girls. Very friendly girls who gave me some nice tips too. One of the niest souvenir shops so far ????

I bought some lovely postcards to send people here at a lovely little gift shop near the Loch at Luss I had no time to look around as only stopped in Luss on Loch Lomond for a short while to take pictures and look around the lovely village

Cute little store from which we bought the tickets to the island explorer cruise. It's even got a small café beneath to chill at. Overall really nice to go there and can buy lots of souvenirs and other cute things from here.

What an amazing little find staff are so helpful and also dog friendly so we could take our 2 in with us. The staff made them feel welcome and gave them loads of fusses. Thank you its nice to find places that are so dog friendly.
