My colleagues where very well served. Mostly all shop or centers have an excellent service from the employee. Would like to see as a company to see an equal service. Which personal didn't see as we are world wide used at. Customer service and way of keeping clients is different. As however monopolist no choice because also Du is owned by same mother structures, as well virgin use all structures of Du. So principle there is not existing a real independent and international active concurrent

Thank you to the Team at Etisalat Dubai Mall. I have been trying to renew my Emirates ID since 3 weeks at the Burjuman branch & couldn’t, due to lack of patience of the team. Today I visited the Dubai Mall branch & it was a flawless experience. I understand the instructions are clear, but not all instructions are clear and it was difficult to find the scanner. The team at Dubai Mall assisted with the process and in less than 1.5 minutes I was out of the branch. Thank you for being so patient and assisting with the process Team.

Never buy here something they are trying to scam you and are not willing to help you, baddest company and so bad service even if you're paying 1000AED a month

my elife contract will finish on 5th july ,why i need to pay the full month payment i should pay only the 5 days which i used in july

Extremely poor customer service .Mohamed Atef and the Filipino lady at the Etisalat store had the worst behavior ,when I asked them to assist me with the renewal and f emirates Id .If they were busy with the customers I could understand it ,but extremely disappointed with the service staffs here who behaved very rudely when asked for help !

I visited Etisalat store near parking entrance in lower floor and I found there is no professionalism and the staffs working there are queueing up in back of the customers like a fish market... I really felt very bad when 3 staffs approached me and they were like fighting i felt embarrassed... This is not right way of handling customers importantly one particular nationals.. I dnt want to mention... P... I just left the store and went to other store... ???? I am also working in telecom industry this is not professional. worst

Just had the worst customer experience with a guy called Nicolo (tall Asian looking guy) or something similar. When we asked for a better solution, the guy nearly jumped at us and was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. We went to the manager right away but he was more or less the same (small Filipino guy). Avoid this branch and watch out for these two.
