Visited the store early in the morning (6:30 am)for moon watch collections and surprisingly you have 10 other people standing before you from early morning 5:00 am that too as a whole family as one watch per token and as usual if you are bot in the line less than 5 u will not get moon or mercury which is most wanted one Apart from that its a small store in dubai mall with regular swatch collections. Luckily got my moonwatch ????

There is a huge queue in this shop if you are looking to purchase an omega x swatch watch.

The queue starts from the previous night, and then the selection of the watches is on a first come, first serve basis.

There are the same people who stand in the queue daily to get that watch and then resale it outside at a premium. They don't ask for identity cards and still give the same people the watches over and over again on different days. Some of the watches are difficult to get as there is limited availability per day.

Overall, it's not well managed. And go there only if you are ready to stand in a queue for more than 5-6 hours, and you are still lucky you might get the not so popular colour omega x swatch watch.

There was a small scratch on my watch. I brought it to this shop for cleaning. They ended up creating more scratches on the watch while using polish. The personnel informed me that, they can send it to technical service for buffing and it will take 1 week. 1 week passed and I called for following up. First they said it was 7 working days and they increased it to 10 to 14 days and they corrected it to 10 to 14 working days. If you have scratches on your watch do not let them touch your watch and request sending it directly to buffing in their technical service and be patient for waiting your watch for 10 to 14 working days.

I have an amazing service in Dubai mall branch the guys are so helpful and they work hard to get for me my lovely watch from Abu Dhabi they exceeded expection
