The best pizza with delicious freshly baked crust. And their Garlic sauce is amazing. It goes so well with the pizza. After ordering this for 4-5 times I can suggest this Pizza. It is one of the best ones I have had even at other expensive restaurants. I've not visited the store so I'm not sure with their service. But ordered online and it was amazing it takes 35 -45 mind to deliver. So order it well before. I had ordered Double cheese cheddar and Garlic sticks also I've tried their all meat pizza tastes amazing. The main thing is their crust is freshly baked and you come to know once you eat. Amazing experience 5 star

Pizza is good and if you like spicy wings I would recommend the firecracker wings!

But the attitude of the counter staff is terrible. I’ve been back twice over two days and the attitude is the same. I also saw similar reviews of the counter staff numerous times so it is definitely not simply catching them on a bad day.

The service of your restaurant in Dubai Mall deserved zero star unlike in other places !! the foods is amazing as usual however the filipinos staff attitude there are catastrophic and unfortunately very rude especially 2 staff name Rachel & Rosevie , they are not even listening to me neither looking to customers faces and not responding and the worst part that they are talking their tagalog language and laughing together looks like they are in somewhere else not on duty ,also not respecting the customers at all and not professionnal.
I am gonna escalate and follow up my complaint to the top management in your company for these two unprofessional staff.

Actually the pizza is amazanig and food i love there but the only issue is staff . They are soooooooo ruuuddddeeee with customer and with mall staff specially . They don’t want to assist you at all !!! Rosevie and 1 more also staff there i forgot the name. Pls teach them the customer service . Thanks

I confirm the bad attitude highlighted by some. Besides, they try to rip you off adding extra charges that appear nowhere in the menu and that they do not inform you till you ask where it's coming from. They wanted to charge extra 25 fils for "packaging" (the box that comes with the pizza) - 25 fils is peanuts but for the principle they should not do this. Unbelievable...

Got the pizzas distroyed and sticked in the cover of the box
Unfortunately it was for an office gathering and no one could eat it it was thrown directly in the garbage

40 mins late, cold and a guerilla had stomped the pizza (look at pic). Asked them to replace the disaster and take back what they had sent, they refused. Avoid this place. Pathetic, they don't stand by their product. If I had Papa John's number I would call him in the US.
