The kitchen counter was broken in multiple locations and caulked back together. The toilet was clogged and sink drained slow. The view was very good, it would've been great if we were not on the corner room which was partially obstructed. Overall staff was kind and helpful, restaurant food was amazing, location was optimal.

I recently stayed with my family at Ramada downtown Dubai and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that was immaculately clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of keeping our apartment clean and tidy, which made our stay more comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls nearby. We enjoyed exploring the city and its many landmarks, and it was great to come back to a comfortable and welcoming hotel at the end of the day.

Overall, our stay at Ramada downtown Dubai was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Dubai with their family.

Very clean, very close to fountains and Dubai Mall. Very good services, very nice people. Excellent breakfast!
Rooms are big, with equipped kitchen, big bathroom. We'll choose it again for our future vacations!

Excellent location with extremely helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive with variety and very nicely presented. The apartments are large and well equipped. They look a little sad and dated though and could do with some sprucing up. Regardless of that, I would recommend the place and I would stay there again.

Exceptional Stay with an extremely helpful employee from Ramada. Mr. Saleem Pavithra was really nice and good with the room service. He prepared our room every night with attention to detail and fulfilled every wish we have. Thanks a lot to him and we recommend the service and hotel?

We are extremely satisfied with our stay in Ramada! Exceptional service, kindness, and atmosphere! The only note we have is the waiting time at the restaurant. The rooms exceeded our expectations, the location was great, and it was made sure anything needed reaches the customer. Recommended!

This has to have been one of the best hotel experiences I have had to date, so much so I needed to take the time to give feedback. The hotel is wonderfully located, the rooms are spacious, clean and so well equipped. We stayed for my sister’s birthday and it was the most wonderful experience. The view of the fountain and Burj Khalifa were next level.

The standout though (in a long list of standouts) has to be the staff - from Maracris who handled our check in, to the valet and front door team, the staff at breakfast - everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, or recommend the hotel to friend and family in a heartbeat.
