We stayed here in January 2020. Our apartment was in the first tower. Loved the place. It was big enough for the whole family (5 adults, 3 kids). The place had everything we needed: a beautiful view, a nice kitchen, a good location, etc. Reynan helped us with all of our little problems at any time of the day. I recommend this apartment to any family. 10/10!

I have stayed at Bella Vista apartment which is available for daily rentals

I have stayed here for Four night which is quite enough to rate this property very much overall i can rate it 8/10 the Location I would give it 8/10 it’s not facing the fountain directly, you have to walk a bit, swimming pool is just away for a few steps from the villa,the stuff specially Mohamed Arif he was so cooperative and helpful , easy check in and easy handling the keys

What I dislike it is toilet facilities need to be updated and maintain
the Mattress and pillows was uncomfortable at all , the pillows was so big , so my advice to you guys to bring your own pillows

It is my first time in Dubai and this building is a terrible choice. There is a continuous sewage smell at the bathroom. In the evenings, each time I walk to the street, I come across with huge mouses through the walkway of the building. Disgusting place.

Very bad experience, you will hear the doorbell a lot ????the have no respect for the time . And to be fair the balcony is amazing
