We had a very pleasant stay at the Sofitel Hotel on the palm. The staff cannot do enough for you especially Elena, Raj and Deepak. Elena was very hospitable and made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to all the wonderful team at this hotel we look forward to visiting again.

Great experience at this wonderful hotel! The staff is provide 5* incredible services ! The whole staff is great, from waiters, valet, reception, cleaner etc. A special mention to Resham, Julius and the guys from valet, lovely persons. Hotel was very clean, room was perfect. A nice 5* star hotel.

It was an amazing experience with my friends in this hotel. Their service is perfect, smooth, and very helpful. From the reservation to the front desk and restaurants. Phyo is helping us through our reservation patiently. May and Fernando from the front desk they are sweet and so helpful throughout our entire stay. I love my breakfast with a variety of food choices and polite staff.I do really appreciate to everyone for my amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel and great private beach to relax on. Staff were very helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to try make your stay even better. As it was our honeymoon, they surprised us with a celebratory cake delivered to our room and also upgraded us to an amazing suite when we checked in. Thank you for making our stay to comfortable!

Joel was such a great help to us , he greeted us with such a warm and friendly smile that made us feel at ease, then he guided us to our rooms and gave us a mini tour of the room , at the end when were about to leave he helped us bring our luggage back to our cars and he made sure that everything was in place and didn’t lose anything, he is such a kind man and treated the kids in a friendly matter he made our stay memorable we are so thankful for him and we hope to come visit sofitel in our next summer vacation, thank you Joel

Fantastic service by Mirza and his team. Always collecting the car with a smile, working in the Dubai hear. Going the extra mile, taking my shopping to my room. Well done. Definitely a good representation of the Sofitel brand

Our housekeeping service was excellent for my room. I cannot remember his name but he was very courteous polite and extremely helpful in our 7 day stay. My room number was 1204. I will be back in a few years if not sooner.
