I will leave as honest review as I can. The front of house staff are lovely, I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken through to the locker room. Whilst getting changed there was a man on a phone threatening someone (I won't disclose what was said as it was pretty brutal) - this was another client not a staff member. The massage itself was ok; I get a lot of these done around the world and in London; at just under £150 for a 1 hour massage I would expect better than average and unfortunately, it was average, at best. Couple that with the entire end to end experience, I can only leave two stars. I did let them know about the locker room incident at reception where they said they were grateful for letting me know so that they could take an action, alas...I have not heard back from them. The Hotel itself is lovely.

We had a lovely experience at the Sofitel SPA! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our 60 minutes massage was incredible and we left feeling very relaxed. The only negative is that towards the end of the day we could not find fresh towels but the staff quickly helped us. Highly recommend the spa as a treat with a friend or just to unwind on your own.

Huge property located at the Palm Jumeirah. We booked a 5 night stay, hoping to spend quality time by the beach. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, we were informed that the beach was closed. This definitely dampened our stay as had we known the beach would be closed during our stay we wouldn't have booked at this location and that too for 5 nights!! Otherwise, our stay was comfortable, and we spent a lot of time at the main pool. The property is spread out, and the grounds are beautiful. Location is far from town and expect a lot of traffic on the road to the hotel. I was a little disappointed as we were promised a nice surprise for my children who's birthday we had come to celebrate. We mentioned this upon check-in also, and the gentleman promised something, but they did nothing. Will we return to the sofitel at the Palm? Most probably not. Thank you.

The spa is great, the staff are very friendly. The pool just for the spa is a great place to relax before or after your treatment. This is also a great option for couples as you can chill together in most areas.

great service, great massage
had a wonderful time, thanks a lot to Puspa. She did an amazing job and I felt so much better after the massage.
Also great service from the gentlemen at the reception, unfortunately I didn't catch their names. I will be back for sure.

It was ok. Massage was good however some other issues given the prices. The changing area was not cleaned for several hours with hardly any towels available, no soap in the dispensers when washing hands and overflowing bin. The female relaxation area has uncomfortable chairs and the common one the lights were awful neon blue which are not relaxing. Water or other drinks not available easily (multiple times no glasses to fill up) and you could not order anything by the pool at all. Not even water. The spa pool that's outdoors is ok but the water is not temp controlled. Not sure I'd go back to he honest.

It was sad to spend the day there as the interior looked very old and dated, spa wasn’t clean and the towels are coming apart, I was disgusted to use it.
The message lady wasn’t trained to the point she forgot to message my right side and was like ( sorry I forgot)
I can’t believe that I paid all this money and invited my friend that she was visiting to such a place.
It’s a shame that So spa got to this low level.

My 2nd time in this spa, its one of my favorite spas in Dubai ???? they also accept FAZAA discount card (20% off). there's a ladies section with multiple amenities and an indoor pool for ladies only.

I did my massage with Jentrix 10/10
