Not even a 1 star. Ordered a pizza and a rice meal with drinks. All the drinks spilled in the pizza that you cannot even eat the pizza as its wet from the soda. Bad service, the server name Larise didnt even talk to is nicely she keeps on blaming talabat about our complaint.

I ordered pizza with Extra cheese and paid for it but there was no cheese at all.

Dough is not pizza dough, it's so crispy and you won't enjoy it and you will hurt your mouth. The pizza dough is not good for Pizza but you can use it for Fatoush Salad ????

We stopped by and had a quick meal of chicken, mojos and pizza here and they have some good deals at this fast food chain in the metro link food court.

The fried chicken meat was good being not overly dry, although the breaded coating was nothing special. The mojos were also average tasting and didn't have much texture.

The pizza looked ok but the taste was average at best and it wasn't a particularly flavourful pizza.

THE WORST PIZZA OF MY LIFE !!!!! ORDERED A MONTH AGO SMALL PIZZA WHICH WAS FINE (BARSHA BRANC) BUT WAS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL.

NOW ORDERED FROM JABAL ALI BRANCH A LARGE ONE WHICH IS DRY AND COLD AS A STONE AND LITERALLY WAS THE WORST THAT MADE ME TYPE ALL THESE WORDS NOW. THANKS TO SHAKEY'S MY IFTAR IS RUINED AFTER A WHOLE DAY OF FASTING.

My daughter oldered the solo meal. The chicken is really old and uncooked. The white pasta was overcooked and no taste, the garlic bread doesnt even have a hint that it is garlic bread. Nothing was good with the food that my daughter ordered. Waste of money.

this Shakey’s failed ????
Margherita pizza doesn’t taste like pizza, chicken & mojos was 8 out of 10 saltiness. (then the gravy taste like seasoning powder with roux) totally NOT commendable

We just ordered from this restaurant. 1 small pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings but came normal wings then to salty I can’t eat it fries too to salty. Pizza cold no taste only salty. Delivery more than 1,5 hours because the staff wrong give order to driver. Will never try again and not recommend. Was so starving but can’t eat it cause everything salty and cold. So dissapointed. Thanks for your services

Brilliant service. Had originally booked online but was able to downgrade service I wanted with no hassle. Owner really friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend to others.

Nice guys but not a very good job , car not cleaned very well. Boot is still very dirty despite paying for a full interior clean.

First class service, both to the car which was embarrassingly filthy when it went in and absolutely spotless when it came out, and customer service wise. Couldnt have asked for better. Thank you
