Visited during a sale. Compared prices with other shops and could confirm that the sale price (now) is lower than other shops.
Great service from Donna who offered to assist in checking the price and item sizes, even recommended stores with available stocks for items that were not available in the Ibn Battuta store. Very helpful, well done Donna!

Been to both SSS shop in ibn battuta, alhamdulillah no one botbered to asl which bicycle are we looking for, no price tags no CSr worst of the worst shops in Dubai

There was great variety of swimming shorts ..suddenly nothing available and the staff ???? they dont know where its gone or why it was pulled out and finally i left the shop when they asked me try to find in the competitors shops

I had made a couple of visits to Sports Market and I realize it runs by Sun & Sand Sports. I bought shoes, bags, t-shirts, football, and other sports accessories from here at discounted rates than that of the brand's official stores.

I am simply awed by the way the store arranged products besides offering high-quality of them at reasonable rates. The staff members are attentive, persuasive, and quite active in the business - even though the store looked understaffed for its size. They had gone over and above in suggesting pocket-friendly products based on my needs.

Why some people have written negative reviews here? I suppose they are habituated in fault finding, sick of arrogance, or showing their silly class attitude. Anyways, I planned my next visit here this weekend! ????

The worst customer service and sales people. Highly rude and disrespectful. We went to exchange a pair of shoes, 4 days after my husband bought because it was chaffing from the first use. They outrightly rejected giving us ridiculous reasons such as the shoe looking used! We were within the 7 days of return period that was told to us..but when mentioned that the rules changed and we were told that the return period is 3 days for shoes with a discount and we had no idea our shoe was on a discount..neither was it mentioned to us nor was it on the receipt.
After all of this..the representative named Kashi had the audacity to raise his voice at my husband and me and even came raising his hands at us when we questioned and argued about the baseless reasons for rejecting our need to exchange the product.
Just plain thieves..with sales reps and manager who need to be sacked if the store needs to see a better rating or sales.

Horrible experience. My friend and I were waking around looking for nice stuff. Then my friend ACCIDENTALLY knocked over a few football jersey’s, Then the employee came and said “are you in your senses?” Highly disrespectful, All the football jersey’s anyway we’re hugely expensive compared to other stores, I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Horrible service. Lots of price baiting. On the upper row of all products all low prices and the actual products below have a different price at the counter. If asked, it's a simple print mistake. This is baiting... They act as if it's a genuine mistake. Pathetic.
