Excellent customer service through the remote system. Mr Al Balooshi (the Customer Service Rep.) was very helpful and professional even though I could have done my transaction via the DEWA App.

What a wonderful example for a hybrid of smart tools, assisted by decent supportive locals.
My special thanks go to Mr. Tarik for going above and beyond when newly applied algorithms are still challenging.
For those unfamiliar with the location: entrance at China cort is recommended.

Very rude Egyptian Security working at this branch, I was there to deposit money and he keeps coming in and disturb me saying to put the mask as if he got all the Authority to do it, I was infront of the machine and wearing the mask anyway however he feel like so proud to push me and keep looking at me,further other lady staff come and spoke to me very polite,So this Lady must be promoted as she is very respectful and this security must be terminated as he is very rude and not professional

This office has the rudest no customer service skills I have ever experienced. I was directed to this office by Jebel Ali DEWA office for clearance certificate only to find out that they cannot do anything in this office except to the branch. If this is the case it is acceptable, however the customer service staff was rude and no service skills at all! This should be a happiness center and people in this office should learn how to speak to customers properly and say sorry if customers are inconvenienced by the mis information given by the company

I salute Mr. Saeed for guiding us from a to z as we dont know the procedure he stay with us until we finished all our documents... He has a lot of patience. ( before assisting us he is assisting a Chinese client also from a to z) And when he saw that me and my wife struggling with some issues he came to us and stayed. And we finished it all with a big smile.. Chinese customer thanking him a lot and told that if Saeed is not there we hell not finished it.. Well that's what we told also.. A big thanks Mr. Saeed.. ????????????????????

The service customer that is supposed to support the client is very bad: they don't greet people, look angry, don't solve any issue, not helping or guiding to fix your problem. Not recommended to go there.
