Any LEGO Lover's loved Spot, Great variety of Lego Sets to decide from. Also has a interactive LEGO play area for the kids.

Staff assistance was a bit disappointing & needs improvement.

We visited the Lego store in Mirdiff City Center this week 12.11.2022 evening time. Aisha ( I recall, her name is) was very patient with what my 5yr old son wanted to purchase. The team showed us around and gave us all possible ideas and we did get what we wanted. The big smile my son had after leaving the Lego store. Thanks to the team there.

Very dissapointing experience yesterday regarding the promotion, where is clearly said 30% on EVERYTHING. Only small catch was, it was not all items which was included in the promotion, which was not specified on the promotion itself. We have for a long time been looking for a specific product to be on discount, and thought this was the opportunity to get a good deal. We tried our luck and drove to Mirdif from JLT in the evening, without knowing it wasn't part of "everything". Even calling the store was impossible, as they didn't pick up after several calls.
The promotion is very misleading, where it loud and clear says everything, but not including that certain items is left out. I feel very dissapointed with the company and store service and communication, and coming from the same country as LEGO, I know this is not up to the standard you can expect.
