Exceptionally top notch service from Mohamed and the store manager. This is how every salesperson should work. Met unobtrusively with a good-natured smile, joked a bit, suggested a purchase, then offered two additional purchases. The manager was very polite and helped me a lot. This is an example of a successful store.

I bought some shoes and same hours we returned back it was on 30 April and they said we will return the funds and I visit them many times but only they give us your telephone and we will contact you
But never they contact me

The sales guy mislead me. I asked him what is the make of the shoe and he's replied it's a US company but didn't tell me it's MADE IN CHINA!!! I'd not have paid that amount for a Chinese shoe!!!

Never again I'd buy from Steve Madden...

One of the worst customer service by staff and rude also, staff usually treat local or arab customers very well but others they treat bad way.

Please dont buy shoes from steve madden they’re veryyyy bad! They give pain in your feet and bad shoe bites

Booked taxi night before Saturday 10th and they failed to turned up. Rang to have another taxi and was told 10mins. After 3 phone calls to find out where it was (operator said it should have been there) 25 mins later he turned up, moaned about the post code we gave him, just made it to our event.
