I got a custom suit and shirt + accessories with the help of Mahmoud. He was a huge help every step of the way and I can only recommend him!

The service is amazing! And the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and have your best interest in mind.

A lot of options & top quality.
Yesterday I visited your shop at Mall of Emirates, and your colleague told me wait one minute…
And he ignored me for 6-8 minutes.
Big red card for this.
0 respect! Even when he was not busy he didn’t came to me.

They actually deserve less than one star... I bought my wedding suit from them and I did wear the pants one time and blazer twice since I got it and the fabric was ruined! They claim to be high end but there fabric is very low quality. Their customer care is useless they have zero knowledge about fabric recommendations. So guys don't be tricked this brand is cheap in quality and aftersales.

The Suit collection and Store image was amazing. The evening party wear which I bought from Suitsupply was absolutely stunning. The quality of the fabric was exceptional, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The fit was perfect and made me feel confident and stylish. The color of the suit was also perfect for the occasion.

Furthermore, the service provided by the style advisor at Suitsupply was exceptional. The advisor was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. He took time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided excellent recommendations on the best options for me. The advisor also ensured that the alterations were done to its perfection.

Overall, my experience at Suitsupply was outstanding, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality suits.

Terrible experience. Do not come and certainly do not be served by Mahran. Totally unacceptable service coupled with disrespect. Disappearing to serve other customers whilst “helping us”. Asking for money upfront before greeting us or taking measurements. Is this a kebab shop whilst shopping for a formal suit? Not what one would expect as repeat customers at Suitsupply globally. The employees of this franchise should definitely not be selling suits and most definitely not under the Suitsupply brand. Better off selling market offerings the way they speak to clients. No words and definitely not Dubai standards nor Suitsupply standards.

I've been a loyal customer of Suitsupply globally, however, more specifically the MoE location and none other than the best salesperson and custom suits tailor Mahran. He has been my go to every month for the past few years. All my suits are custom and always done right, on time and with the best service I have ever experienced. He knows his suits and knows exactly what goes into making the perfect outfit. Suitsupply I expect you take care of this gentleman and an example of what great looks like.

Highly recommend suitsupply especially Mahran! I needed a suit altering and he was super accommodating. Spoke professionally and with integrity regarding the process and his advice ŕegarding my suit was amazing! If you want a suit making, he's your guy! 5 star service!!

Not sure about all the bad reviews here. I had a good experience. The staff were friendly attentive and knowledgeable. The first shirt I bought was a champion. Travelled with it and it did not wrinkle up much in the bag, just needed a touch up with the iron and was good to go. Bought a second shirt from them today. I would recommend them.
