Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the customer service provided by Ms. Isabel. Customer experience should start with proper hospitality and satisfaction, qualities that were sorely lacking during my visit.

Ms. Isabel's demeanor and attitude were extremely off-putting. She demonstrated rudeness that was unexpected, especially in a role that requires customer interaction. It felt as though she was in the wrong profession altogether.

One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of communication. Ms. Isabel failed to provide details about the meals or sides, leaving me and other customers in the dark. When we asked for clarification, her response was dismissive, stating that they didn't have what we wanted. This lack of transparency and unhelpful attitude was frustrating and unacceptable.

While I must acknowledge that the food at Pizza Hut was fantastic, Ms. Isabel's behavior overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit. Her demeanor and lack of customer service skills have left a lasting negative impression. It is disheartening that such an excellent dining experience was marred by the unfortunate encounter with Ms. Isabel.

I sincerely believe that individuals who cannot greet people or display even the slightest hint of a smile should reconsider their choice of profession. Hospitality and customer service require individuals who genuinely care about providing a positive experience to customers.

As much as I enjoyed the food, I am hesitant to return to this Pizza Hut branch due to the discourteous behavior exhibited by Ms. Isabel. It is my hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved customer service, ensuring that future patrons do not have to endure a similar experience.

The photo shared is a mixture of two pizzas which v had mixed after having….

Just c the picture carefully and check on how big the slice have been cut??? Seriously instead of them being 2 pieces they have made into 1 single piece??

Y is that???

Also when I had ordered the salad combo, u r supposed to ask me abt the salad options being served? How can u serve in ur own?

I am really disappointed with this. I am a regular customer of Pizza Hut and especially my kids love children Alfredo pasta. This is burned and the quantity is really low.

We had ordered take away but when the order was ready it was served as dine in. We had to give it back and get it wrapped which took some time. Taste was ok.

Very very bad service, full money waste, food was cold, pasta was completely dry and pizza's were disgusting

Rudest staff i have ever met. It’s not the first time, but definitely the last.!!! They never smile always angry and slow
Pizza hot really needs to work on their costumer service!!

They don't have a menu?? It was so crowded on the Friday I went and I thought if there was a menu I could just check which pizza I wanted so I won't hold up the line but I couldn't do that. That's why the three stars... and the fact that the hype for "limo pizza" was exaggerated. I thought my three pizzas would be connected as 1 LONG pizza but it was just three rectangular pizzas put into one fancy box -_-
