We did total 5 night 6days package with dmc., everything was fine but last day driver was hectic ,we booked around for 11 hrs ,started from hotel around 10.30 and reached airport 8pm

Driver was not informed itinenary by agency and he didnt was not ready to take us for mosque, later 1 hours waiting he took another passenger trip than came back.
Things were okay

But worst part was at airport
Driver didnt helped us to take luggage out of car and we ourself took out 8 luggage from car.

There were many loosefall from agency which i dont want to mentioned but worst part was of airport

1 star only for co-ordination by supervisor.
Services wise i.e cabs cleanliness / quality of drivers / behavior and attitude / tour planning etc. they need to improve a lot. Currently not worth to engage with them for packages from a customer point of view and try with someone more professional.

Booked first international family tour for Dubai via Hindustan Travels (Delhi) which had services provided by Turning Point Tourism locally.

Drivers - 2/5 - barring 1 or 2 nice days, we were always late for pickup (which affects whole day's schedule) as the minivans booked made multiple stops and we end just sitting in vans for 2-3 hours while having to almost miss breakfast, as we were the first ones to picked up usually.
We always had different drivers for different days and had to explain everyone about the location and timing.
Drivers behaviour was mostly meh, but we had a horrible experience with the one who picked us up for airport drop on last day. He came in early and said he cannot wait as he cannot wait in the car due to lack of parking space - which was clearly there just next to hotel!
Drivers won't bother to give you a call on your number, and will just text on WhatsApp.

Cars quality - 4/5 - As we had SIC transfers for tours, we got minivans having capacity of 11-12 people. AC was okay.

Sightseeing Management - 2/5 - We got multiple WhatsApp numbers from so many agents who just shared copied information with no drivers details EVERYDAY. We just had to wonder who is going to pick up for the day while waiting in the lobby.

Timings-wise, we get appropriate time to cover Aquaventure , Desert Safari,
For Bollywood Theme Park - a couple was clubbed in our SIC transfer who got free way early from somewhere else and they had to wait (resulting in multiple calls to leave early to us).
For Miracle Garden and Global Village - This was HORRIBLY mismanaged. The pickup happened post-lunch (no idea why, as we had Global Village also in same day). We paid the full ticket amount for the day but the ended up spending only 1.5 hours there! While the place demands to have atleast 4 hours to be spent. We were then rushed to Global Village where also we didn't get to explore the place even 50% as we were asked to leave in 3-4 hours.
When I complained to the tour manager of Turning Point about such less time devoted to these excellent places for a tourist, he simply marveled in his own "knowledge" that a tourist spends only this much time at the locations - while the whole group in the van clearly disapproved of the same! Anyone who have visited or looked for these locations would clearly agree that both of these locations deserve a full day starting from morning!

We wanted to remove the Dubai City Tour from our itinerary (before the booking time) as we wanted that time to roam around ourselves. But the travel agency clearly denied to refund any associated costs and we ended up paying a sightseeing activity we never went to.

All in all, I will say it to be an average travel agency with none of the experiences as a delighter - the services were mostly okayish or rest of them as bad.

We booked through Starfish Travels at Gurgaon and Turning Point coordinated it at Dubai. Overall experience was very good. The vehicles were clean and driven by cordial drivers. They were able to get us discounted entry tickets to sightseeing places also. Everything was as on time and we would like to Thank the entire team.

Booked through Flamingo Transworld from Ahmedabad, and the Dubai local agency was Turning point, from the time we arrived at airport the service was top notch. I have to say the timings given by them were damn accurate, the pick up ride always showed on-time and the drivers were so polite and showed us around the city meanwhile we reach our destination. Also the cars they provide for transfer are all SUV's and well maintained. They informed us about nextday plan 24 hrs prior. The restaurants arranged for dinner were also best serving restaurants of the city. The guide provided for city tour was also friendly and informative. Even if you face a small problem just inform them they do genuine try to solve your problems. Must say one of the best tourism agency in Dubai, if you are planning for Dubai-AbuDhabi tour must consult them for once.

We booked trip with Nandi travel and our tour company was "Turning point" in dubai. Turning point is very bad to contact in duabai, we took dubai trip with turning point in Jan 2018. We had two emergency telephone number provided by turning point but they never answered phone. We requested van for pickup and drop off at airport but they sent small car and we waited more than hour for van they never showed up and finally we rented our own van. In Dubai, we left 6 to 8 messages (telephone calls and wattsup messages) for them in dubai but they never replied. Before booking trip by agent makesure your tour company is not "turning point" in dubai, very bad customer service and contact them in dubai..

NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH "I NEED TRAVELS" OR TURNING POINT DUBAI. I wish I could give zero or negative stars to I Need Travels.

I travelled to Dubai with my family from 24th to 29th December 2017, and not a single day of it was hastle free. It was annoying, trouble inducing, stressful, impunctual, and I am running out of adjectives. The one and only reason for this was the miserable management of I Need Travels. They can dodge the blame on to their Dubai vendor - Turning Point, but for an Indian customer booking the trip miles away, it is one organising unit.
The main highlight of the trip were the always late pick up vehicles.

Day 1 - local Dubai city tour was supposed to begin with excitement, instead it began with anger venting out of the driver who arrived 2 hours late (10:30 am, we were promised 8:30 am) The driver was highly unprofessional and did the most stupid thing any one could imagine: he picked us up, reached a hotel a mile away, asking 4 people on the way (because he had no idea about routes, in 25 mins), they took us back to our own hotel! because he forgot to pick a family there. Our trip which was supposed to begin by 9-9:30 am began at 12:30 pm. The itinerary listed 9 places, we were shown only 1. The itinerary said there would be photo stops on these places, but there was NONE. This was definitely not the start anyone would wish for.
Even the subsequent visits to Burj Khalifa, Abu Dhabi city tour were all marked by delayed pick ups. We insisted the company to cover up the missed places in the remaining days, because we had free time slots. They made us false promises every time and never covered them. Reasons given were: "already late for next pick up, can do tomorrow with desert safari", "desert safari is done by different driver, not possible, will do tomorrow while drop to Airport", "not possible since it is not on route". It is all a carefully crafted sham to loot people by Turning point, Dubai.
If you think this is the worst, wait for it. On the final day, we were assured a pick up of 7am for our 11 am flight. As usual it was 7:30 am and no signs of driver. I called up the organisation again, they said "give us 2 minutes and we will get back to you." Till 7:45 am I did not get any call. When called back, they said "driver is late, this happens all the time. he will take another 30 minutes". They did not even think it was their responsibility to let us know about this. I had to take my own cab and reach the airport. They did not seem to care about someone missing their return flight. I can also provide contacts of people who were not picked up from airport by Turning Point when they arrived.

I have never experienced such pathetic management. This was the first international trip of my country and thanks to I Need Travels, I will never forget the experience, but ofcourse for wrong reasons.

Let me warn you, the organisations might blame that the customers who were picked from different hotels were not ready on point. I can give you contacts of all 12 passengers who travelled with us on 25th and 27th, who boarded from different hotels and were ready on time. But it was the company cars which were late by themselves. All of us had this common complaint. Also you might blame that the hotel we chose was away from city. There were 100 more families in the hotel who had booked using different agencies and none of them had any problem. All their pickup frops were on time.

Since the organisation was so messy, we ended up calling the company multiple times. I spent more money for mobile recharge than on food in the entire trip! Everyday we were told that by tonight we will message you the pickup details for next day, NOT A SINGLE time did this happen. Not to mention the mental damage done: stress, tension, anger, despair, false hopes cannot be quantified in moentary value.

Booked through Shoes on Loose for Dubai trip. I have to say, they are possibly the worst operators there. This was my second trip to Dubai and so I had my benchmarks set.
In the city tour, we were simply driving around the city and taking photos with no knowledge of where we are and what is the description of the place or its significance. When we asked the driver he said Google Kar lo sab pata chal jayega. Plus he missed some significant points as he was in a rush for some other pick up
In the desert Safari, the driver made us pay 250 dhs for ATV ride where others were paying 150. There was an ATV operator right next to the camp but he went somewhere else for commission. Then he went somewhere else to make us go into the shop, again for commission. Because of all this our actual desert Safari was very short and we missed the sunset
The camp was crowded like hell, there was no view of any performance and the dinner was inedible. Again, he did not drive through the palace which is worth seeing even if from outside. On raising issue, the Turning Point guy either said "this is how it's done". Or "no other tourist is complaining."

The highlights of my trip the last time were the worst experience this time.
