I was overcharged for a purchase from the Carmina store in Dubai in January. I’ve been chasing the team in Dubai for almost three months now. There’s been very poor communication and we still haven’t received a refund. This is very poor customer service from Carmina in Dubai. We are very dissatisfied and our interaction with Carmina has really left a bad taste in our mouths. If I could I would leave no stars here. Completely undeserving of any positive comment or feedback.

Gorgeous shoes that are incredibly well made.

The staff are also polite and let you take your time trying on different pairs before settling on the right one.

I was helped by Ali and he was terrific, couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Extremely unprofessional. Even after me buying multiple shoes of highest prices from them a wrong size was sold to me and I have been trying to get them to return or change the shoe but they are not helping out. I have emailed them multiple times but no response from them extremely disappointed.

Really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. This shop has a wide range of beautiful, premium quality shoes. Probably the best quality shoe shop in all the Middle East. Skip levels shoes and come straight here.

I am pleased that Carmina gave me a full refund for the shoes that I have returned because they ordered a wrong size.

Plenty of places to park. We make sure to avoid on match day as it is packed. Great range of shops. It would be great if Costco had a fuel station.

Good range of shops, carparking is not usually a problem. However, on football match days, people tend to park in this retail park and it gets horrendously busy. Also had a few friends get parking fines that were due to spaces not being marked out properly. If you park in a space with no old/fading lines and avoid around the football, you'll be fine

Selection of shops including Asda, B&M, Next, Costa, Starbucks. This retail park is located next to Cardiff City Stadium - ensure you are well clear of the car park when matches or events at the stadium end, or be prepared to stay for at least two more hours.

Decent parking, wide variety of shops around, shame about the 4hr parking limit. Cafe Nero inside Next is a good place to sit and people watch for a bit as it overlooks the car park

This is a very handy Shopping Park with a Costa, Sizzling Pub, Next, Sports Direct, and Asda. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from the A4232.

A very good atmosphere for parking when shopping. VAT on none food items is crazy. If you are not a strong mind individual there bill's after the purchase of a product can make you faint.
