I had an extremely negative experience with the IQOS store, particularly with their technical support service. Despite purchasing a new copy of IQOS, the employee mistakenly provided me with an old Virgin model. Seeking a resolution, I reached out to their technical support department and engaged in communication for an entire month. However, the support employee proved unhelpful, continuously deflecting responsibility and redirecting me to contact another specialist. This lack of understanding, poor communication, and failure to address my needs have left me deeply dissatisfied. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of assistance and cooperation from a company that prides itself on customer support.

I had the pleasure in meeting Mr. Anas, Ms. Jasmina and Ms. Jullibe, they were more than just helpful. I bought 1 IQOS Machine and two cartons of refills. The professionalism and advise i got from Mr. Anas were remarkable. He knew the product very well and I would highly recommend dealing with him next time you're there

It is always pleasure to get IQOS from their shop in terminal 3 .Annie was so helpful and her customer service skills was impressive and very
informative.I enjoyed doing my second purchase of 2 more
IQOS device along the refills just couple of days ago.

Non responding customer care, talking a lot about customer care but words only no one replies, sent already few emails, no one responds. Called them through customer care, still no one answers and shutting down the phone on customers face. IQOS 3 DUO didn't survive even 24 hours with me. Price is not worth it all.

Very bad experience with IQOS, I had my device internal blade broken and IQOS UAE was committed to replace it but just delaying, delaying and nothing happened at all!
I placed the case and had been promised to receive it in 3 days, I left Dubai after 5 days and received nothing.
After a week I back to the city and informed them to send it, they called me next day and confirmed that it needs 2 working days to be delivered to me, thanks for the call!!
Now, it's almost a week and nothing received as well!!
I was planning to have another device as a back up, but I quit. I returned back to my cigarettes, and losing interest in IQOS at all. If you are not able to fulfil such small thing, you'll never be able to serve your customers flavours and moods!!

Great to see Llandudno Junction competing in the Cymru Alliance this season, I If they could survive this season I’m sure they could go from strength to strength in the future,
The Flyover ground has been improved but still needs a lot more work on it if they are going to keep on moving forward
