A good shopping mall with all available needs. It's well maintained & good ambience. The offers on electronic items were really good. They have Kids area with games and rides. Food court is also nice.

The last time I bought an olives in a can, it’s only cost 2 aed in the price tag but when I’m about to pay the item the price changes from 2aed to 13aed so I let them slide with this because the customer service fixed this problem right away. Today I discovered that the Duncan Hines Brownie Mix that I bought will make me mad again. I bought this ready cook brownie mix so I’ll just only follow the procedure and step but when I look at it. They put their Lulu Brand Sticker on it. Please next time make sure that your worker’s work will not give any hassle to other people especially to your customers. I really love Lulu Mall and its products it’s just makes me disappointed twice. I hope there’s no third time.

Second floor security close AC early before 11:00 pm , food court area too hot , we asked them how many time to open AC , maybe they don’t wan customer to stay long time.. also they close the light at 12:00am even there are customers still eating. And now it’s school holiday ..

Please remember options are plenty.
Improper customer dealing even by the lower grade of employee will make sure customers move away permanently.

So many things under one roof but not like earlier any more pries are bit higher side ... overall it's ok food options are good but some time I didn't get much veg options...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Given wrong material without checking and given wrong commitments of return/delivery's. No professionalism on customer front.

They refused to give me my parcel, because they don’t want to move a boxes of Coca-Cola in front! And told me to move them if I want my package!! How crazy is this!! Then the lady in te till suggesting to come back later!!

They have been returning the packages I bought without my knowledge. I am assuming they ran out of room during the busy Xmas period. So why be a click and collect agent when they can't handle it? Please be aware. Do not use them if you have important purchases.. They are also very disorganised. Packages are all over the shop.

Picked up several packages from here. Super handy as only a few min walk from my flat. The man working there was super helpful and friendly.

Walked all the way there to pick up a package and they were already closed 15 mins before the stated closing time. Not impressed.
