Good value has most things you want

We had to buy few essentials at this shop during our stay at the nearby caravan site. Staff was very friendly and helpful and shop was quite well stocked up.
Only thing some of pricing on products was missing or confusing. Would def recommend if like us came by train and no other shop within walking distance.

Everything you can want, if you don't see it just ask the friendly staff. Good prices too.

Always super stocked. Has everything there. Only 1 member of staff in the till. Couldn't see anyone else about.

A staff member was rude and abrupt with me during a recent visit. It was regarding taking my dog inside the store. I thought dogs were allowed as I took my dog in there a couple of months ago and staff were making a fuss of her and gave her a dog treat.
When I told this to the server she said, "that wouldn't have happened." This made me feel as though I was being accused if lying. Following this, I sent two messages to the business to complain about what happened, but I have not had any response at all. If I ran a business I would quickly respond to any complaints, even if it is just to say sorry you were unhappy with your visit, etc. (I am happy to follow rules. If dogs are not allowed, I will respect that. I am unhappy with the rude way I was treated and the lack of consistency).

Sainsbury's is less than 1 mile away but items here are priced the same as a motorway service station unless you purchase out of date items
