We stayed for almost 10 days here it was an amazing experience rooms were clean and the bathrooms were cleaned daily without fail.
Loved every minute of my stay.
The staff were lovely and kind ,ready to help out.
Shoutout to Sara (reception) and Abdul Karim (duty manager) for there awesome and lively help.

Excellent place to stay located at prime location. I had stayed for 4 days during my business travels. The only purpose of my review is the Food. You get multiple cuisine options and special mention to the Chef of the hotel. He is openly supportive and if you need any specific customization regarding spices veg - non veg option he is there for you. Rooms are preety big and the front view is mind boggling.

I really wish I had read the reviews and taken them seriously before I had booked ….

1) there is no immediate signage to tell you where the car park is… I had to call them to ask and was told it is at the back of the building… eventually I found it! your car is in a dark dirty (rubbish everywhere) car park. No signs either where to get the lifts to get into the hotel!

2) rooms.. smelt musty, dark old.. pillows are so soft you need all 4 to make them 1 pillow.. the bath… forget it.. the water runs yellow and if you want to use the bath you have the horrible scratchy slip patches stuck onto the bath.. like sitting on sand paper .. water wasn’t hot either.

3) the pool is a joke .. water was cloudy … and very very small .. 9m .. the only good thing here was the staff .. very friendly and accommodating

4) breakfast.. yes there is a certain amount of choice.. but most of the hot food was cold! And I was the first person in at 7am..

5) room service menu is very limited especially for vegetarian/ vegan

This hotel should not be a 4* more like a 2* I am very disappointed with this hotel hence I will not be returning ..

We've had a great and enjoyable stay, super friendly staff, ultra spacious room. It is a very clean and cosy hotel, very well maintained. We will definitely come back.

I'm staying here currently on a business trip. I've been asking for non connecting rooms and the staff doesn't seem to bother or get back to me. And if you are planning for long stays ( for a month or more) please avoid as they don't even have a good smart TV (which other hotels offer, atleast a screen mirroring option to browse YouTube because all the channels that you get here are regional). The only good thing in all this is Breakfast. Breakfast options are actually very good. Overall I'm totally disappointed with the service except for food. I'm writing this review to see if someone actually understands and responds to it.

One of the economical and reasonable stays in Sharjah.

I loved their rooms, very neat and tidy.

The service was a little slow sometimes.

Location is quite suitable for tourism!

Overall very good experience!

Overall an enjoyable stay which met expectations at an affordable price.
Good customer service especially the staff Mr.Baiju.Nice hotel with perfect location.

I highly recommend this hotel . They have superb Ramadhan various buffets. And desserts also very delicious . Have a beautiful view. The staff also very friendly and helpful. Warm hospitality.
Thank you very much for your service.
