They have good respectful personel from reception, roomservice and restaurant specially from room service namely Pyu and Syuu and from restaurant namely Chaw and Pooh. That's why I'm thankful for that wonderful and once and a lifetime experience.

The overall experience at Copthorne lagoon dining and stay in hotel was very good.Chaw has a very pleasing personality and Jalan the captain was very welcoming..Thankyou team for the wonderful time

The food to be honest was absolutely horrible with no choice at all...the buffet was totally not worth the price....other restaurants offer numerous dishes at a still lower price...absolutely not recommended
