The manager lady has sworn not to help or provide information even a tiny bit. Extremely disappointed with her attitude and unwillingness to help. Finally found help from another staff. He was very kind and helping.

Maybe the account opening and customer service staff is taking regular bribe from competitors because whoever visited them for account opening, they demands for unnecessary required documents which are not even in the notice of any other bank in UAE. Ultimately the customer moves to another bank. No one has time for their unnecessary demands.
regarding the "Fast Transfer" ???? LULU INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE is the Best. faster and has option of many banks plus cash pick ups all over Pakistan.

Visited with high hopes but faced same typical negative attitude starting from peon to cashier.
Had to leave without single piece of information.
Don’t even want to waste my time to write about their unprofessionalism.
Alas cannot give them 0 stars !!

Staff is cooprative but bank location is out of access of mostly pakistani peoples bcz without your own car r taxy cant reach there easly

My name is Ihsan Ullah from Pakistan & i'm working here since 2014. In Pakistan i was using HBL branch. now i want use my HBL account here.And here i can see my Balance in ATM but in PKR
ATM CARD TYPE: HBL ID.
what is the procedure and requirement ?
