I have been a loyal customer of this particular Tim Hortons branch since its opening, and it has been my favorite spot for work, meetings, and relaxation. However, in recent years, the quality of service and maintenance of the cafe has deteriorated significantly. The once clean and tidy tables have now become old and dirty, and the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. Unfortunately, the decline in the quality of the cafe has culminated in an incident involving flies that has become unbearable.

During my last visit, I was disappointed to find flies all over the place, and my food was covered in them. I had to request my order to be packed and returned as it was impossible to consume. Furthermore, to my dismay, there was even a mosquito in my coffee. This is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the reputation of this multinational coffeehouse, particularly since the branch is located in a hotel space that attracts many tourists.

The cafe has the potential to be an ideal work and relaxation spot with its cozy ambiance, but it desperately needs an upgrade. The lack of maintenance has caused a negative impact on the quality of service, which can deter customers from coming back. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and implements necessary changes to restore the cafe's reputation and ensure a pleasant experience for its customers.

El aikah is one of the best staff overthere..she is very professional and helpful..coffee taste is amazing and the service always on time but the furniture need to be replaced cause it seems very old and the lights over there is so deemed which is not suitable for reading or to study..

The wifi is really poor it keeps disconnecting every hour.
It is too noisy I won’t recommend working there.
