I love this shop. But when I visited this shop in this Mall. around 8 pm. The black lady who's folding items. She doesn't even bother to greet the customer that is coming to the shop. It's like she doesn't like what she's doing. How can you have good sales when there is no one welcoming the guest? Plus she is so rude. When answering questions. It doesn't mean which nationality you are you need to be kind, friendly and approachable. Especially when you are working in a retail shop as (a customer service associate). You are in that position to assist the customer or guest. Introduce your product until they pay and leave the premises.

the sales lady are disrespectful and impolite. it is not proper to treat customers bad and to say something bad behind customers if the customers didnt buy anything from the store. you have to respect it. The sales lady(filipina) needs to have her good manners and right conduct. if this happens again, i will report it to your manager.

They should hire some professional staff both the black girls working there in evening shift are extremely unprofessional and rude and have no manners they make sarcastic comments followed by sarcastic laughs , both are not helpful instead of letting me buy things from store they wanted me to shop from diera city centre, this store is not recommended at all just because of their pathetic staff
