Unfortunately the guy there who said that he is a store manager Mr. Riki he refused, he said that he need the recipe, after discussing he agreed to exhange one iteam and another one he refused again he said that another iteam is out of stock and they cant exchange. And he told us to go to another branch and check for exchange.
We called customer service the guy who answered was not helpful and he said he cant do anything and we need the recipe for exchange even store manager he said that they can exchange one iteam, when we asked about his name he dont want to tell.
The store manager not giving customer right and making everything complicated.
